About Leading

I've been leading engineering teams on critical products at my company for over a year now. First as Senior Engineer, now as Staff Engineer.

In those roles, I both mentored/mentor my team members and learn extensively from them.

My primary goal is to help each person evolve professionally—to reach the level they aspire to, which sometimes happens to be the position I hold today. When that occurs, it's incredibly gratifying.
