About my latest days as Staff Engineer

The last few days have been a bit intense on my side.

My team just went live with a crucial Master Data component that impacts all sales operations in my company and more than 15 million users across the country.

We spent an entire week in operation: supporting our internal clients, monitoring every outcome of the migration, and collaborating with more than 10 teams in 2 countries. A big milestone.

Delivering a project like this feels amazing, especially when you see your team thriving and notice how people changed throughout the process, both individually and as a group. New challenges appear, and the team relates to them in a very different way.

This has been incredibly fulfilling, with many lessons learned and more still coming. I’m very grateful for this journey and for delivering my first major migration as a Staff engineer.
